The Walter Reichardt House is the historic home of Arboretum founder Frances McAllister. Built in the late 1960's, it was renovated in 2007. Today, the Walter Reichardt House houses the Visitor Center and administrative offices, as well as a Meeting Room, Dining Room, Patio, and Kitchen. The meeting room and dining room have fireplaces, a great view of the gardens and open onto attractive flagstone patios.
- Availability. 8 AM – 5 PM. Groups may use the facility beyond business hours for an additional fee.
- Facility Rental Charges: $330 full day, $165 half day (4 hours or less)
- Tours. Groups can schedule a guided tour of gardens for a fee. Tours last approximately45 minutes.

Outdoor Weddings at The Arboretum

Situated among 200 acres within the forest, the Arboretum is home to 750 species of plants in gardens and natural habitats.
