Rent our facilities for business meetings, small weddings, and other events.

The Walter Reichardt House is the historic home of Arboretum founder Frances McAllister. Built in the late 1960's, it was renovated in 2007. Today, the Walter Reichardt House houses the Visitor Center and administrative offices, as well as a Meeting Room, Dining Room, Patio, and Kitchen.

  • Availability. April 15 – October 31, 8 AM – 5 PM. Groups may use the facility beyond business hours for an additional fee.
  • Tours. Rental groups can schedule a guided tour of gardens for a fee. Tours last approximately45 minutes.
  • Cost: $300 full day, $150 half day

Situated among 200 acres within the forest, the Arboretum is home to 2,000 species of plants in gardens and natural habitats. We offer several unique settings and packages - from small intimate weddings to larger tent-covered events.
