My work is a meditation on life, communicating my experiences through the forging and fabricating of metal. I love the juxtaposition of copper and steel in a sculpture! As a former rock climber, I have always been fascinated with stones and minerals. Incorporating mixed media affords a fuller expression and depth to my work. I am a longstanding member of the Arizona Artist Blacksmith Association. This organization provides a dynamic opportunity to enhance skills and pursue personal challenges allowing me to continually evolve as a metal artist.
