Development Coordinator
The Development Coordinator works closely with the Arboretum at Flagstaff’s leadership including the Executive Director and the Board of Directors to facilitate and carry out all fundraising activities related to donor cultivation, annual appeals, campaigns, corporate sponsorships, grants, marketing and special events. In this way, the Development Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Arb’s fundraising and capacity-building goals. This unique opportunity is ideal for an entry-to-mid-level professional interested in building a successful career in non-profit fundraising, public relations, and leadership.

Gardens Manager
The Gardens Manager plans, directs, and carries out the maintenance of all cultivated and natural areas of the Arboretum at Flagstaff. The gardens include sensitive and rare plant species, so the ability to properly identify plants is essential. The gardens are also integral to our visitor experience, special events and educational programs and thus, need to be developed and maintained with a high standard. This position supervises and trains seasonal Gardens Assistants and volunteers as well as works closely with all other Arboretum staff.
