This year’s Summer Garden Party will be help August 23rd from 4-7:30pm. The night will feature locally sourced food by Square Root Foods, open bar with wine, specialty cocktail and Mother Road beer, raffle, silent auction and live music from Two Hand Union. 

Keynote Speaker:

Peter Friederici is a writer, professor, and food systems activist who lives in Flagstaff and teaches at Northern Arizona University. He is the director of the Rural Foods Pathways Project, an interdisciplinary initiative aimed at improving food sustainability and access in northern Arizona. Peter’s articles and essays have been widely published in periodicals such as Orion, Audubon, and High Country News. His most recent book, published in 2022, is Beyond Climate Breakdown: Envisioning New Stories of Radical Hope.
