The Arboretum is a historic property in a natural setting. Our grounds consist of different grade changes, organic path surfaces and snug garden areas that may be challenging for wheelchair access. If you are visiting with a wheelchair, please ask at our Visitor Center for a map of accessible areas.

Please keep our four season climate in mind!

The spring can be chilly and windy, and the flowers are just waking up. We often have snow in May!

Our peak bloom season is June – August.

Fall color comes fast and furious in September or October, and we will have some snow in October.
