Support our Education Programs at the Arb!

At the Arboretum at Flagstaff, we believe that connecting children with nature is not only educational but also essential for fostering curiosity, creativity, and environmental stewardship. Our engaging and hands-on education programs are designed to inspire young minds while immersing them in the beauty and science of the natural world.

Whether your child is a budding botanist, a curious scientist, or simply loves spending time outdoors, our programs offer a variety of opportunities for exploration and discovery. From summer camps to school field trips, we create enriching experiences that align with the natural rhythms of the arboretum’s ecosystems.

Why Outdoor Learning Matters

Studies show that children who spend time in nature are more likely to excel academically, exhibit improved mental health, and develop a deeper appreciation for the environment. At the Arboretum at Flagstaff, we aim to spark that connection, helping kids become lifelong learners and advocates for the natural world.

How to Get Involved
